Our trainers are experienced and qualified professionals who are committed to furthering their skills through continuing education in order to provide quality and effective exercise programming for all their clients.

What makes a Kinesi-therapy Trainer unique?

All our trainers are registered kinesiologists with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.

Registered Kinesiologists are human movement specialists who have obtained a 4 year university degree consisting of intensive course work in anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology and motor learning.

A registered Kinesiologist is qualified to work in the rehabilitation, prevention and management of disorders in order to maintain, rehabilitate or advance movement, function or performance in the area of sport, recreation, work or exercise.

By having a fundamental understanding of human movement, our trainers ensure that proper technique and safe progressions are emphasized for each client in order to minimize the risk of injury.
